I've been a transformational soul purpose coach and certified health coach for nearly 30 years, and hosting retreats for almost 20 years! Travel has provided me so much clarity in life: helping me grow and lifting the veil of illusion. Currently, I am also providing story development coaching to help new writers express themselves better.
Visiting Italy at the age of 17 provided me the opportunity to shift my perception of reality. I realized I had to explore more! I gained such an appreciation for my adventurous side and realized I had courage. Can you believe I jumped off a moving train while a young man proposed to me in Italian? I sometimes wonder where this adventure could have led me had I stayed on that train in Florence a long time ago.
I found Joy in this culture and it lifted my depression many years ago ~ because who could be sad when you attract what you love and write your own chapter in life ~ maybe even a book? I did actually after 40 years of journaling my travels.

Book your arrival flight to land in Italy at the Ancona airport (Direct from Munich) on Lufthansa Airlines
Our travel concierge will handle all your details so you arrive with our group and provide ground transportation to and from the airport.
PLEASE REMEMBER the time difference. If you are traveling from the US you must book your flight a day ahead on the 6th.
If you are extending your visit, please make your own arrangements or I can direct you to a travel concierge.
To avoid confusion, please schedule your travel arrangements with

You will receive any additional necessary information upon completing your Registration, including liability release forms.
As with all international travel, it is recommended you purchase travel insurance.

Cancellation Policy - Please Read
Covid Cancellation Policy and Booking Details
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $1000.00 USD non-refundable deposit
Airline tickets have to be paid in full at the time of the reservation with the travel concierge booking your flights.
You must arrive at Ancona, Italy Airport mid-afternoon.
A schedule will be provided once we know flight times.
If you arrive later you will be responsible for your own transportation to Hotel Leone. (it can cost approx $175.00 US)
Room reservations are made directly with Soul Cations for all accommodations are paid directly to Gloria Coppola aka Soul-Cations
.You will receive more information when you register. The deposit is non-refundable. Hotel Leone is a privately owned boutique hotel and therefore deposits are non-refundable once they are due.
We will set up your payment plan.
We highly encourage you to secure travel insurance.
Check to see if there are Covid Restrictions.
In the event there are any travel restrictions are implemented we will determine how to proceed accordingly.
You must have a valid passport up to 90 days before expiration or visa. Check your passport now.
Cancellations made after February 17th, 2024 will result in a 50% loss of the trip price, while any cancellations made thereafter will result in a total loss of funds.
There are no land refunds for partial travel. Cancellations on or after
April 17th, 2024 are not refundable. PLEASE have travel insurance.
All reservations made with Hotel Leone are 100% non refundable
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the minimum number of participants or if there are travel restrictions due to Covid; however,
if we do so your deposit and all other payments will be refunded in full.
We reserve the right to changed accommodations should the need arrive, but do everything possible to keep what we planned.
All participants will receive a medical release form and are required to fill it out and return it to Gloria Coppola prior to the retreat. If you are on medications, please be sure to have a sufficient amount needed during your travels.
We reserve the right to change venues if some unforeseen circumstance requires us to do so.
We will be sure it's an equivalent or better venue.
Your personal arrangements for transportation and other travel services are not the responsibility of
Hotel Leone or
Gloria Coppola aka Soul-Cations LLL and will not be held liable for any personal injury, property loss, damages, or incidences arising out of your personal travel arrangements.
Furthermore, Gloria Coppola and her employees, the Seeport Hotel or Hotel Leone Owners are not responsible for inclement weather, political acts, or any "acts of God" or the shortening of a trip due to these occurrences. Nor are they responsible for airline or ground operator defaults or repayment of monies lost due to default. Nor are they responsible for lost luggage. Flight schedules and accommodations are subject to change at any time, though such changes are not anticipated.
No refunds will be made for changes beyond the control of
SoulCations retreats hosted by Gloria Coppola and Powerful Potential and Purpose publishing.
Trip cancellation insurance is always required whenever making travel plans.
