Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided daily. The chefs are also nutritionist.

Please be flexible. You can choose to participate in any excursions offered, meditations, guest presenters and spa treatments. The soul purpose is to honor your needs and allow your consciousness shift to happen with ease.

Sept 2nd -

Intro to Bali Culture

We will discuss culture, customs and what your guest may see on their journey. Some simple do’s and dont’s, info on exchanging money, sign up sheets for spa and additional activities and a question and answer session.

​

Relax, enjoy a nature walk, meet our other participants. Stay tuned to the details for meditation, yoga, soul purpose sessions and guest presentations as we get closer to the event.

Soul purpose consultations 1:1 with Gloria Coppola for 1 hour must be scheduled in advance and will be throughout our time on slower days and evenings.

Sept 3rd - All excursions are subject to weather and ceremonial events. We retain the privilege to host excursions on the best possible dates.

Ricefield temple and Subak talk

Just 2 minutes away. Transport provided. This is a walk on a raised cement path through the rice fields. The temples are small but important structures to honor the Gods. A ricefield temple is not a  big temple that you enter, more like a small shrine. Subak is a traditional ecologically sustainable irrigation system that binds Balinese agrarian society together within the village's Rice is seen as the gift of god, and the Subak system is part of temple culture.

Sept 4th - Guest Presenter after breakfast with meditation.

Balinese healer sessions will be set up according to availability.

​

Healers in Bali are called Balian. We have worked with dozens of Balians and healers in Bali over the last couple decades and have found a handful of what we feel are the most exceptional and gifted for a variety of treatments. We can schedule you with particular healers that excel in a modality that may benefit you. We must be discrete and discerning about the healers personal information and location as their primary duty is to their community.

Sept 5th - Morning Meditation with guest presenter, spa treatment, soul purpose session

Balinese Cooking Class

​

Floating Leaf’s demonstration kitchen is the perfect place for a variety of cooking classes. We offer traditional Balinese classes as well as healthy cooking classes (Ayurveda, organic, raw, vegan, vegetarian, etc.).

• Take home a cookbook including ingredient alternatives so you can cook the same healthy meals at home

Charity Event: If you would like to participate and support the community, it would be greatly appreciated.

Participants may bring clothing, school supplies, medical supplies, art supplies, children's toys, etc. If you prefer a contribution of $5-15 per person so we can supplement the donations to have an outstanding event.

Sept 6th - Central Highlands Excursion - this is a sample only

This trip to Bali’s Central Highlands is one of our most popular and personal favorites.

• Lake Bedugul–One of the three volcanic lakes that’s provides irrigation for much of Bali.

• Bedugul Traditional Market–A colorful market featuring the special produce grown in this region such as corn and strawberries. It os also known for its spice and woodcrafts.

• Kebun Raya Eka Karya Bedugul Botanical Gardens (including picnic lunch)

• Pura Ulun Danu Bratan Temple in Bali–Pura Ulun Danu Beratan is one of Bali’s most spectacular temples. Possible workshop at Botanical Gardens and another location on the way.

• Kopi Luwak (Luwak Coffee) Plantation–Sample a veriety of teas and coffees including the famous Luwak Coffee in a beautiful plantation setting amongst the fruit trees.

 

 

Sept 7th - Personalized Photography Tour

Cultural submersion is Mikaku’s specialty, finding the most special intriguing and captivating photo opportunities. He also has several very special sunrise and sunset locations and knowledge of the best places to view Bali’s diverse wildlife.

Photography Skills
Budding photographers might wish to receive help with each setting, composition and theory, which Mikaku is more than happy to provide.

 

More seasoned photographers might prefer to just know the lay of the land and light conditions. Pre-trip conversations will help establish what level of service is right for you.

​

While our driver is excellent, he does not have a photographic eye for what you might find appealing, thus the additional expense of Mikaku’s expertise will surely result in many more photographic opportunities.

Sept 11th - Nusa Lembongan Day Cruise - depending on weather conditions

• Pick up from Floating Leaf at 8.30am and head to the beautiful white sands of Sanur Beach.

• Board a traditional ‘Perahu’ boat. We will be ‘trawling’ along the way to Lembongan for some tuna.

• Once you arrive on the island, you can explore this underwater paradise complete with coral, fish and other surprises. Quality snorkeling equipment is supplied.

• After lunch we will head over to the Island to visit the peculiar Underground House and also learn about local seaweed farming.

• There is plenty of time to relax and enjoy the sites.
