If you prefer a custom payment plan, we can make that happen–however, you must be paid in full before departure!
Simply place your non-refundable deposit to hold your spot and connect with ALES (pronounced Alesh), our Travel Specialist.
If we cannot match you with a roommate, we will switch you to a single occupancy room (including the cost of the upgrade), however if you sign up early, you will most likely get your choice.
You will lodge at 2 venues. (Double occupancy) - Single occupany upgrade if available.

Cancellation Policy & More
Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $750 USD registration deposit.

We are committed to creating this personal experience and thereby must enforce our cancellation policy.

Any cancellation made between September 1, 2023 and January 1, 2024 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.
-
Any cancellation made after January 1, 2024 and beyond, the trip will result in a total loss of funds.

All payments are due in full 60 days prior to the retreat
-
We reserve the right to change venues if necessary for any reason and replace with an equal exchange.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so, your deposit will be refunded in full).

We always recommend trip cancellation insurance whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.

The investment for this retreat is based on the currency rates of exchange in effect at the time of the publication of this retreat. We reserve the right to adjust the trip price if the exchange rate varies more than 5% from our published price.

After making your deposit, you will have a clarity call on Zoom with Gloria.

If for any reason during this conversation you both agree that you are not a fit for the retreat after all, your deposit will be refunded in full. If however, you both agree it is still a fit, the deposit remains non-refundable.

She has hosted retreat for 3 decades including France, Italy, Costa Rica, Hawaii, Blue Ridge Mountains in NC, British Columbia, Peru , Sedona and more!
